Our Basic Policies....
  • The balance of your trip is due at the conclusion of your charter.
  • Deposits are fully refundable up to 1 week (7days) before charter.
  • Charters cancelled within 48 hours of charter will forfeit 50% of
    charter price.  No shows, of course, owe  total cost of charter.
  • Prices do not include gratuities for the captain.
  • Excursion prices do not include food or drinks.  
  • The captain the right to cancel any charter in case of weather or  
    unforeseen reasons.  Deposit will be refunded 100% if we are
    unable to reschedule your charter.  
  • Additional hours can be requested (time permitting) while out on
    your charter for an additional $75 per hour.
  • There is a 5% surcharge on credit card charges only.  Cash or
    checks are also gladly accepted.
